COMPLEX ACQUISITION TRANSACTIONS

PRIMUS is committed to providing its clients with consultations on the sale and purchase of company shares and real estate. Our professional assistance extends to complex infrastructure and construction projects for roads, wind farms, gas stations, and other objects. In addition, our team of lawyers represents our clients in all matters related to financial aid, funding, investment, and other agreements. We also conduct real estate due diligence and provide clear recommendations for managing existing financial and other risks.

RENT OF NON-RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY

Rent of commercial and retail property, tenant and landlord representation , negotiation, and extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market.

Other services include: drafting RE sale and purchase contracts, RE brokerage, risk management, cooperation with Newsec, dispute settlement, and others.

One of our latest projects is LIV_IN, the largest co-living project in the Baltics. We have advised on both acquisition and further development.

RESIDENTIAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

Our services in this area include drafting contracts for the sale and purchase of buildings (completed or in-progress) and land (including reservation), as well as the lease and sub-lease of real estate. We also provide services for real estate infrastructure projects, and represent our clients at both state and local governments in coordinating and concluding funding as well as other agreements, handling easements, and setting rules for the use of public facilities.

PROPTECH

The PRIMUS team advises startups, companies, and investors engaged in the development, sale, and distribution of licensed property technology. Given PropTech’s complexity and the overlap between property, technology, management, and operational matters, our team’s extensive knowledge of this segment allows us to provide our clients with the best quality services possible.

In addition, we provide legal consultations on the arrangement of auctions for the sale, purchase, and rent of real estate.

CONSTRUCTION LAW

We advise different parties on construction projects, and draft (sub)contract work, construction management, technical maintenance, FIDIC, and related agreements. Our team is also highly experienced in delivering complex infrastructure solutions and providing risk management, and dispute settlement services.
