Major projects:

  • We are providing legal advice to a client on purchasing companies incorporated in Lithuania that belong to one of the biggest and most advanced pasta manufacturing groups in the Baltics. We are representing the client before supervisory authorities to obtain a concentration clearance permits necessary to implement the transaction.
  • We have provided legal advice to an advertising agency in a dispute with a former sub-contractor regarding anti-competitive practices, namely soliciting customers, breaching contractual obligations, and unauthorised use of items subject to copyright law.
  • We have provided legal assistance to an IT services company during an investigation (inspection) conducted by the Competition Council into a potential cartel agreement. The investigation was discontinued.
