Time to celebrate – finally we have changes in Lithuanian Company Law, which are really worthy to pop champagne!

After more than a decade, long awaited liberalization was brought in, which would give much more flexibility for investors:

• More flexibility on regulation of preferred shares
• More flexibility in determining different issue prices of shares of the same emission;
• Reduced minimum share capital for closed stock companies to 1000 EUR
• More flexible payment terms for share capital;
• And many more.
