At the annual forum of real estate brokers, organized by the Lithuanian Association of Real Estate Agencies (LNTAA), participants were interested in the presentation of PRIMUS Associate Partner Jonas Platelis. Especially about the practice of handling real estate disputes and court decisions regarding the application of requirements to the activities of real estate brokers.

“Lithuanian standard LST EN 15733:2010 “Services of real estate agents. Requirements for the provision of real estate agents’ services” is not a mandatory act, but the courts, when assessing the factual circumstances of a specific case, can take into account the provisions of this standard when determining the professional standard and rules of conduct for real estate agents,” says Jonas Platelis.
