VŽ.LT: REAL ESTATE BUYER’S EXPECTATIONS DID NOT COME TRUE

“There are more and more cases when real estate sellers or developers decide to unilaterally terminate preliminary contracts and sell the property to third parties at a much higher price. However, such pursuit of financial benefits can be even more expensive,” says Jonas Platelis.
