Teamgate Sales CRM has been acquired by Private Equity Fund Xenon Partners.
We are pleased being able to provide our legal services in attracting venture capital investments as well as dealing with Xenon Partners.

It was an interesting co-operation to assist Teamgate from the very beginning of the company and follow their rapid pace in developing an award-winning CRM tool, growing international SaaS business.
