NOEWE: THE NEW PLAYER IN THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES MARKET
The integrated business services company Lewben, the management consultancy Strategy Labs, and the law firm Primus, have created a new market player, Noewe. This new entity, together with Nordgain, the group’s financial accounting services company, will become one of the largest professional service providers in the Lithuanian market today.
Noewe will offer a portfolio of services that previously had been provided by individual companies, ensuring a wide range of competencies that offer a one-stop shop. Noewe will specialise in legal, financial and accounting, corporate governance and administration services, including wealth management consulting. Their consolidated revenue is expected to reach €11.5 million by the end of 2024.
A strong organizational culture will create an innovative, community-based collaborative work environment, that is attractive to new talent. For existing team members of the Noewe group, this will provide a greater opportunity to pursue (both vertical and horizontal) careers and grow in a dynamic and challenging business environment.
“Noewe emerged following geopolitical, economic and technological changes, changing client needs and our efforts to respond to the most relevant market trends. I am sure, therefore, that a team of more than 160 professionals united under the Noewe flag, will be able to cope with their clients’ most significant challenges and help them grow and achieve their business goals”, explained Rita Kavaliauskienė, CEO of Noewe, when introducing the new service provider.
Kavaliauskienė will be the chair of the Board and CEO of the new Noewe group with the following composition of the management team: Justinas Klimašauskas, Director of the Corporate Governance Services, Gediminas Laucius, Managing Partner of Legal and Tax Services, Agnė Jasinskaitė, a Partner at Nordgain, the financial and accounting services company which is part of the new group, and Vytautas Staugaitis, Partner of Management Consulting Services.
The law firm Primus will be transformed into Noewe Legal, as part of the Noewe Group. Attorney at Law, Ernesta Žiogienė, remains the Managing Partner of Noewe Legal in Lithuania, while Attorney at Law Robert Juodka, will be the Managing Partner for foreign markets. Partners and lawyers, Marius Devyžis and Giedrė Dailidėnaitė, will continue to lead the dispute resolution, and corporate and commercial law practice groups, respectively.
“Working with corporate clients in the Baltic States and international markets, we became convinced that to achieve the best result, it would be important for lawyers to cooperate with partners who hold specific business management and regulatory competencies. Concentrating the experience of Noewe professionals together in a single team will allow us to strengthen our legal competencies in the fields of banking and finance, taxes, risk management, sustainability and environment. Moreover, we will be able to offer financial planning, tax and business consulting, accounting and wealth management services to our clients”, declared Ernesta Žiogienė, Managing Partner of Noewe Legal in Lithuania.
