For more than 10 years Vilma Raklevičienė is specializing in employment law. She advises employers on issues related to recruitment and termination of employment contracts, represents clients in cases arising from employment relationships and non-competition issues in the institutions dealing with labour disputes, also in the courts of first instance and appeal instance, cassation court. Vilma Raklevičienė also represents employers in pre-trial investigation institutions and courts in matters related to criminal liability of employees and directors, she drafts internal management structures of legal entities, regulations, internal rules of procedure and other internal legal acts, participates in employer-level negotiations and conclusion of territorial collective agreements.
