During more than 6 years of legal practice, assistant attorney at law Karolis Diska has gained valuable experience in advising local and international real estate developers, managers, construction companies and other investors in specific real estate transactions, as well as providing comprehensive real estate services from initial development and spatial planning to real estate sales and leasing transactions, including assistance in resolving disputes or negotiating with the contractors, tenants or other interested parties.

Together with PRIMUS colleagues, Karolis Diska, as a local expert, participated in the development of the digital product “VŽ contracts” and advised individuals on issues related to real estate and construction.
