During the expansion of modernization and manufacturing capacity of SBA grupė furniture companies in the midst of the pandemic year, PRIMUS is delighted to have contributed to the newest manufacturing plant of SBA – project Inno Line by SBA Home, by helping in securing financing of Austrian bank (financing value more than EUR 30 mln.), as well as by negotiating with foreign suppliers and implementing the project via German Government export promotion scheme.

PRIMUS legal team was led by partner Giedrė Dailidėnaitė, in cooperation with Agnė Jonaitytė, Banking & Finance partner, and Pranas Mykolas Mickus, lawyer & representative in Poland.
