Real estate leasing projects are so interesting because they are more than just square meters, bricks and walls.

For the last several years, the US capital company Littelfuse has been paying great attention to the modernization of the processes of the factory operating in Kaunas, improving the working environment and creating ergonomic workplaces.

As the result, 12500 sq. m. area turned into innovative office, laboratory and rapidly modernizing factory spaces. This change is important not only for ensuring safe and productive work routine, but also helps to create an environment for team’s improvement, creativity and inventions.
